Head coach Kwaku Danso is optimistic about his team’s chances in the CAF African School Championship after their impressive performances in the group stage.
The young Ghanaian team is having a stellar run at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, winning all three games played so far.
The Black Comets began their campaign with a 2-0 win over Uganda, followed by a 1-0 victory over South Africa.
They concluded the group stage with a convincing 3-0 triumph over Algeria.
“As for the ultimate [the trophy], I’ve said and I will say it again that our target is to win it and we are working towards it,” he said.
“We can assure you that we will win the ultimate.”
Ghana willl face Tanzania in semis of the CAFAfrican School Championship on Friday at 14:00 GMT.
