He was named alongside PSG duo Neymar Jr, Donnaruma and Marseille Star Aleix Sanchesz.
Salis lasted the entire duration as his side recorded a narrow 1-0 victory.
He put up a man of the match display in the middle of the park, proving a link between defense and attack.
The Ghanaian has been in top form for Lens since joining in the summer transfer window from Clermont Foot.
He has made seven appearances and scored a goal in Ligue 1 in the ongoing campaign.
