Ghana Under-20 striker Nasiru Mohammed has joined English giants Manchester City on a three-week trial stint, MTNFootball can exclusively reveal.Â
The 18-year-old arrived at the Etihad Stadium training complex last week and has already begun training with City’s U18 side.
The 2009 Ghana Under-17 captain is hoping to impress on trial and secure a permanent deal with the big spenders.
Mohammed will rejoin his Black Satellites team-mates in mid May for an invitational tournament in South Africa before returning to City to continue his trial.
If signed, he will become the fourth Ghanaian youngster to join City after Thomas Frimpong, Frank Osei Kwame and Thomas Agyiri were signed from the Right to Dream Academy.
