Ghana international Mohammed Kudus has revealed the secret behind his explosive display in West Ham United’s comeback win over Burnley on Saturday.
Despite conceding a penalty that allowed Burnley to take the lead, Kudus played a pivotal role in the Hammers’ 2-1 victory, contributing two crucial assists.
“Until the last whistle goes, we keep fighting till the end and you can see the example of it today. I just keep my focus throughout the whole game, it’s easy to give up in games like this especially when they have more of the ball and we are defending a lot but we still believed and keep doing what we know best and then, we got the win”
“I don’t know how heavy that is or not but after that, my focus was to do anything to bring the team back in the game and you could see in the last actions” he said after the game.
The 23-year-old midfielder now boasts two goals and one assist in 10 Premier League appearances.
Kudus has been impressive since joining West Ham from Ajax for £38million in the summer transfer window.
