Aduana FC head coach Yaw Acheampong has expressed his excitement after their 1-0 win against Legon Cities in the Ghana Premier League campaign.
Bright Adjei sealed the victory with a clinical finish in the 11th minute, giving the Fire lads all the three maximum points at the Nana Agyeman Badu I Stadium.
Coach Acheampong expressed his contentment with the three points, emphasizing the paramount importance of the win.
“Today we didn’t play our normal game; we tried to stabilize the game a little, but still, we didn’t play our typical style. But I am happy we got the three points,” Acheampong said in a post match interview.
The victory moves Aduana FC to second place and will face Berekum Chelsea in their next fixture.
Meanwhile, Legon Cities dropped to 12th position with 25 points after 20 games in the ongoing campaign.
