Ghana assistant coach Konadu keeps tabs on Yahaya Mohammed

Black Stars deputy coach Maxwell Konadu continued his monitoring of new Ghana forward Yahaya Mohammed as he watched him play in Amidaus’ Boxing Day two-all stalemate with Wa All Stars.

The 40-year-old was in the VIP stands at the Tema Park to further assess the form of Yahaya who has been named in Ghana’s provisional 26-man squad.

However, Amidaus coach Anthony Lokko started the Glo Premier League leading scorer from the bench.

The Asante Kotoko loanee excelled in an attacking midfield role when he was introduced in the second half.

Yahaya will be on the plane to the United Arab Emirates on 4th January when Ghana will begin their pre-AFCON camping.
