Former Vice Chairman of the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA), Mr. John Ansah, has been elected as the new Chairman after defeating Isaac Koomson during the GHALCA elections.
The election took place on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at the Accra Sports Stadium, drawing significant attention from stakeholders in Ghanaian football.
Ansah secured 96 votes, while Koomson garnered 35 votes, with one vote rejected out of 132 delegates who participated.
The elections also included positions for Vice Chairman, Treasurer, and Representatives for the Premier League and Division One.
