The Ghana League Clubs Association and the University of Professional Studies, held the first Executive Certificate Course in Sports Marketing and Administration for football administrators on Thursday in Accra.
President of the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA), Cudjoe Fianoo, opened the lecturers with a speech explaining the importance of upgrading the managerial skills of sports administrators.
Sports administrators from the Premier League to the Women’s divisions were present at the two-day event happening at the premises of the University of Professional Studies in Accra.
Dr. Mrs Fidelis Quansah, who is the Dean of Faculty of Management Studies, UPSA, also took turns to speak at the first day of the event.
The participating administrators will all be handed certificates after the two-day event.
