The Ghana Football Association has selected 16 Catch Them Young Referees to officiate at the 2026 XI DOL Super Cup, which will be staged at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium on Monday.
The group consists of eight centre referees and eight assistant referees. They will be responsible for carrying out the officiating duties throughout the competition.
Their appointment underlines the role the XI DOL Super Cup has played in giving emerging officials the opportunity to gain practical experience in competitive football. The tournament has regularly served as an important development platform for the GFA’s Catch Them Young Referees since it was first introduced.
The selected officials will now have the chance to apply their training in match conditions as the latest edition of the competition takes place in Obuasi.
