GFA President Kurt Okraku calls for collective effort to revatilze Ghana Football

the 2023 AFCON in Ivory Coast, Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kurt Okraku emphasizes the need for a collective approach to rejuvenate Ghanaian football.

Addressing the media in Kumasi, Okraku acknowledges the FA’s responsibility for the state of football in the country but underscores the importance of everyone contributing to the sport’s development.

“We need the collective effort of all and sundry. We take responsibility as leaders of the association but will count on the collective ideas to continue to transform the sport,” Okraku stated during his presentation at the Meet the Press in Kumasi.

Expressing the FA’s commitment to restoring the nation’s football glory and rekindling the passion of the people, Okraku urges collaboration from all stakeholders.

In an inclusive approach, he encourages open dialogue and welcomes diverse perspectives to shape the future of Ghanaian football, emphasizing that the FA is ready to listen to the voices of the public in both challenging and prosperous times.
