The Ghana Football Association has postponed the FA Cup Round of 64 clash between Future Stars FC and Asante Kotoko, moving the game from Wednesday, December 3 to Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
In a statement, the GFA said the adjustment forms part of an updated fixture plan to “ensure smooth coordination of the competition and provide optimal conditions for all participating clubs.”
The change will come as good news for Kotoko head coach Karim Zito, who has repeatedly voiced concerns over the club’s congested schedule and a growing injury list. Kotoko have been without as many as nine first-team players over the past month.
The Porcupine Warriors, defending champions of the FA Cup, will now focus on their Matchday 13 Ghana Premier League trip to Hohoe United this weekend.
