GFA join family, retired footballers and sympathizers to pay last respect to Joe Debrah

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) joined scores of mourners and former footballers on Saturday to pay their last respect to former Asante Kotoko and Ghana player Joe Debrah.

Executive Council Members Nana Sarfo Oduro, Samuel Aboabire and Eugene Nobel Noel represented the GFA at the funeral held at the forecourt of the Baba Yara Sports stadium in Kumasi.

Joe Debrah, who played for Asante Kotoko for eight years, died in October last year after a short illness. He is on record to be the only footballer who scored against Accra Hearts of Oak in every game he featured during his days at Asante Kotoko. He was 52.
