Former Asante Kotoko striker, Osman Ibrahim has called on board chairman of Accra Hearts Of Oak, Togbe Afede XIV for medical assistance.
Osman needs GHC40,000 for surgery for his anterior cruciate ligament.
Osman picked up the injury while playing for King Faisal on loan from Kotoko in 2022 and has been on the sidelines ever since.
“I will want to appeal to Togbe Afede to aid me in my condition. I urgently need to operate my leg to be able to come back onto the turf again. He is current the only one who can help me,” he told Hot FM.
“Looking at what he had been doing for Accra Hearts Of Oak players when they get injured, I am hopeful that he can assist me to get this done. May God touch his heart for him to assist me,” he added.
The condition of Osman came to the light after former Legon Cities goalkeeper William Essu’s photos of being seriously sick went viral.
