FIFA is set to roll out the full match schedule for the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ in a global live broadcast on Saturday, 6 December at 12:00 EST (18:00 CET), coming less than a day after the world discovers the tournament’s first-ever 12 groups of four during the Final Draw.

The reveal will come from Washington, DC, where FIFA President Gianni Infantino will take the stage alongside FIFA Legends, with representatives from all 42 qualified nations and those still fighting for a spot watching from the audience.

The show is poised to become a defining moment on the road to the largest World Cup in history.

Throughout the broadcast, analysts and former stars will unpack the draw, highlight key battles, and spotlight the Host Cities preparing to welcome the world across Canada, Mexico, and the United States next summer.

Crucially, the programme will confirm the venues and kick-off times for all 104 matches, giving fans and teams their first complete picture of the tournament’s path.

The event will air live on all FIFA platforms, including FIFA.com and FIFA’s YouTube channel, with an international broadcast feed available to networks worldwide.

The match allocation process, conducted immediately after the draw, is designed to balance competitive fairness, travel logistics, and global broadcast accessibility.

This will ensure teams perform under optimal conditions and supporters across time zones can follow their nations.

A finalised schedule is expected in March, once FIFA and UEFA play-offs conclude and the final six spots are claimed.

With anticipation rising across three host nations, 16 electric Host Cities, and nearly two million tickets already snapped up.

The release of the match calendar marks another major milestone on the way to what promises to be a transformative World Cup.

More information will be shared via the FIFA Media Hub in the coming weeks.
