The Miners are in court to challenge the decision of the Ghana Football Association to demote them and Inter Allies to the Division Two League at the end of last season.
The two clubs were relegated to the third tier after the Disciplinary Committee found them guilty of manipulating a high-scoring matchday 34 fixture in the 2021/22 campaign.
Last month, the GFA subsequently banned the club indefinitely for “continuously dealing with its banned officials”.
