Fatawu Issahaku scored his seventh league goal of the season as Leicester City fell to a 2-1 defeat to Birmingham City in the English Championship on Saturday.
The Ghanaian winger equalized for the Foxes, finding the net in the 21st minute after Birmingham failed to clear a corner kick.
Issahaku’s goal was a highlight of a lively first half, after Birmingham City had led through countryman Ibrahim Osman after just three minutes.
Leicester City’s hopes were dashed when they conceded a goal in the 63rd minute.
Issahaku, who has been in excellent form, played the 77 minutes and was instrumental in Leicester’s attack.
He now has seven goals and seven assists in 20 appearances this season.
