Ghanaian winger Ibrahim Sadiq is high in-demand ahead of the winter transfer window which set to open in January, kickofghana.com can exclusively report.
The 22 year old has been a standout player for BK Häcken in the Swedish top flight division this season.
He scored seven goals and provided three assists in 18 league games to steer the Wasps to their first ever Allsvenskan title.
A host of clubs from Israel, Poland and the Saudi peninsula are all reportedly plotting a move for the former Right to Dream Academy product.
Häcken, for their part, are reluctant to lose such a key member of their squad and have said they won’t accept anything less than fair amount.
“Sadiq has had an enormously strong finish and many clubs have been watching. We have long contracts on these players and on a player like Sadiq we know the value is high. It has to cost if someone wants to buy a young player from us” said sports manager Martin Ericsson to Sportbladet.
His contract with the Swedish champions extends over the 2025 season.
Sadiq joined Hacken on a free transfer from Danish side FC Nordsjaelland.
