Asante Kotoko head coach Eric Tinkler has hinted that the club may unveil further surprise signings before the start of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.
Tinkler made the remarks as the Kumasi-based side intensified their pre-season preparations for a campaign that begins in September.
Kotoko are scheduled to open their league campaign against debutants Debibi United on 5 September.
The club has already been active in the transfer market, with Tinkler suggesting that more unexpected arrivals could follow as preparations continue.
The South African coach took charge earlier this off-season after Kotoko endured several changes in the dugout during the previous campaign. The club eventually finished eighth in the league.
