Ghanaian midfielder Elvis Sakyi has completed a move to Indonesian top-flight newcomers Persijap Jepara ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The 27-year-old joins from Libyan outfit Al Anwar, where he spent the past season competing in the country’s top division.
Sakyi brings a wealth of international experience, having previously played for clubs including Cheetah FC in Ghana, and Maltese sides Gżira United and Senglea Athletic.
His addition is expected to bolster Persijap Jepara’s midfield as they gear up for their debut campaign in the Liga 1.
He becomes the latest Ghanaian talent to venture into Southeast Asian football in search of new challenges and opportunities.
Persijap officials are hopeful his arrival will bring both stability and energy to the team’s engine room.
