Eleven goals scored on Matchday 15 of Premier League

Eleven goals were scored in seven games on Matchday 15 of the Premier League with Aduana FC, Bibiani Gold Stars, Berekum Chelsea, Legon Cities and Accra Lions recording victories over Bechem United, FC Samartex, Real Tamale United,  Bofoakwa Tano and Nsoatreman FC respectively.

Bibiani Gold Stars were big winners on the day following a 3-0 win against FC Samartex at DUN’S Park. There was one scoreless game between Accra Great Olympics and Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Nations FC left it late to draw 1-1 with Accra Hearts of Oak at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex Saturday.

Also, Accra Lions came from behind to beat Nsoatreman FC 2-1 at the WAFA Park in Sogakope to take the number of home wins to three.

Berekum Chelsea and Legon Cities won on the road over Real Tamale United and Bofoakwa Tano.

Two of the Matchday 15 fixtures between Heart of Lions and Champions Medeama SC as well as Karela United and Dreams FC have been postponed due to the duo’s (Medeama SC and Dreams FC) participation in the CAF Interclub competitions.

Aduana FC lead the log with 27 points, while, FC Samartex, Berekum Chelsea and Nations FC occupy the second, third and fourth spots in the log.

Dreams FC, Real Tamale United and Heart of Lions sit in the bottom three.
