Dreams FC’s head coach, Karim Zito, remains determined to compete in the CAF inter-club competition next season despite financial challenges.
Despite their recent defeat to Zamalek SC in the CAF Confederation Cup, Zito sees participating in Africa as a valuable experience.
He aims to secure another opportunity through winning the FA Cup, expressing his team’s ambition to play on the continental stage again.
“I want to go to Africa again by winning the FA Cup. Playing in Africa is a nice experience,” he told Asempa FM.
“There are financial challenges playing in Africa but we are aiming to play in Africa again.”
Currently, Dreams FC is set to face Soccer Intellectuals in the FA Cup quarterfinals at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu.
