Hearts of Oak Board Member, Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, has reassured fans that the club is on the path to becoming a competitive force again.
Despite narrowly avoiding relegation in the last two seasons, Tamakloe is optimistic about the club’s future.
Speaking to JoySports, he said, “I can assure you that within the next five years, you will witness a remarkable transformation.”
“The standard of football and performances of Hearts of Oak, both locally and continentally, will surpass expectations.”
“It’s a long-term project, and I urge supporters to be patient. We’re creating something they will be proud of.”
Meanwhile, the team has relocated to Asutsuare for a week-long pre-season camp under Coach Abubakar Ouattara.
They will then head to Lome, Togo, for the final leg of their preparations.
Hearts of Oak will kick off their 2024/25 Ghana Premier League campaign with a home match against newcomers Basake Holy Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium.
