Alexander Djiku and Tariq Lamptey are likely to miss Ghana’s friendly encounter against Nicaragua on Tuesday due to injury.
Djiku started the game against Brazil where Ghana suffered a 3-0 defeat whilst Lamptey emerged from the bench in that loss.
Coach Addo is not certain they will participate in the World Cup preparatory match.
In a pre-match interview, he said, “Djiku has a little pain so he went to the doctor for a checkup. We have to wait for the results and Tariq at the warmup he felt a little something so he decided so say we have to watch out.”
“He will be assessed later after training. We hope that it’s nothing serious and I hope that he can play tomorrow.”
Ghana will face Nicaragua at 6pm in Spain.
