New Hearts of Oak head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has backed Kamaldeen Sulemana to thrive at Atalanta ahead of his move from Southampton.
The Ghana winger is set to join the Serie A side on a four-year deal worth €17.5 million plus €4 million in add-ons.
Didi Dramani, who coached Kamaldeen at FC Nordsjaelland, believes his pace and raw talent make him well-suited for Italian football.
“Speed is key,” Dramani told JoySports. “If a player can run, with time he’ll learn to do the rest.”
Sulemana is expected to reunite with his former Southampton boss Ivan Jurić at Atalanta after making 26 appearances for the Saints last season.
