Daniel Kofi Kyereh names Ronaldinho as his childhood idol

Black Stars attacking midfielder Daniel Kofi Kyereh has named Ronaldinho is his childhood idol.

According to him Ronaldinho made him fall in love with football.

Kofi Kyereh who plies his trade in Germany has scored three goals for SC Freiburg this season in all competitions.

“Joyful and determined. If you watch me play, you’ll notice how much I enjoy the game,” he told GQ.

“Ronaldinho, the joy and energy he brought to the game make me love to watch football,” he added.

The 26-year-old completed his move to the Bundesliga side from St. Pauli in the Bundesliga II this summer.

Kofi Kyereh is in contention to join the Black Stars to the World Cup in Qatar, after putting up a scintillating performances since making his debut for Ghana.
