Former Black Stars defender Daniel Amartey has thrown his weight behind Hearts of Oak, praising the club’s current trajectory and ambitious investment drive.
After visiting the team’s new training grounds at Kpobiman, the former Leicester City man expressed admiration for the top-tier facility and the club’s long-term vision.
“This is how big clubs are built,” Amartey told the club’s media.
“With this kind of vision and investment, I truly believe Hearts of Oak is on the right path to once again dominate as a global force in football.”
He also used the opportunity to rally support for the club’s majority shareholder. “Phobians, you are lucky to have Togbe Afede XIV to lead you. Embrace him well,” he urged.
The Kpobiman facility boasts a modern setup, including multiple pitches, staff housing, a gym, swimming pool, and a mini stadium all pointing to Hearts’ intent to reestablish continental dominance.
