Accra Great Olympics’ Head Coach, Annor Walker, has described his team’s victory against Accra Lions on Monday as a form of “revenge”.
The remarkable performance saw the wonder club secure a 3-0 win over Accra Lions during at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Three first-half goals from Great Olympics propelled them to the summit of the Ghana Premier League with nine points.
In a post-game interview with StarTimes, Coach Annor Walker described the match as a revenge mission for his side.
“It’s a big revenge for me and Accra Great Olympics because I Accra Lions beat Great Olympics 3-0 here last year. So when I heard about it I said no we have to revenge. And with the help of the players we have succeeded in making that revenge,” Coach Annor Walker said.
Great Olympics travel away to Aduana Stars in a match day six clash Saturday.
