Asante Kotoko has completed the signing of Bechem United’s defender Francis Acquah on a three-year contract.

The 24-year-old left-back joins the Kumasi-based club after making 94 league appearances for Bechem United over four seasons.

Acquah becomes the club’s second signing, following the recruitment of Berekum Chelsea midfielder Hubert Gyau.

The signings are part of Asante Kotoko’s efforts to strengthen their squad for the upcoming season, with ambitions to compete in the CAF Confederation Cup and challenge for the Ghana Premier League title.

As the reigning MTN FA Cup champions, the club aims to assemble a formidable team to achieve success both domestically and continentally.
