Daniel Afriyie Barnieh is set to lead Hearts of Oak‘s attacking lines as Samuel Boadu names his starting XI to face Aduana Stars in the matchday 1 of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League.
The 21-year-old attacker, who is currently included in the squad of the three national teams – Black Stars, Black Galaxies, and the Black Meteors, will lead the goal-hunt for the Phobians with Cameroonian Junior Kaaba and Kwadwo Obeng Junior playing in support.
Former AshantiGold midfielder Eric Esso will start in central midfield as a holding midfielder with Suraj Seidu and Gladson Awako playing in support.
Eric Ofori Antwi could get the nod to start in between the sticks ahead of Richmond Ayi and Richard Attah who have both been named in the squad.
Samuel Inkoom, Dennis Korsah, Mohammed Alhassan, and Caleb Amankwah will be the back four for the Phobians.
