The Black Starlets maintained their strong preparation run with a 2-0 victory over Semper Fi in a friendly at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday.
The match was their second outing of the day, following a 1-0 win against Port City FC earlier.
It also marked their fourth friendly in two weeks as the technical team intensifies preparations for the 2026 U-17 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
Ghana took control early, opening the scoring in the 12th minute through Clement Agyei, who headed home from close range.
The early goal gave the Starlets confidence as they dominated possession and pushed forward with purpose.
Gab Beng Amponsah extended the lead seven minutes before halftime after skillfully beating his marker and finishing calmly.
Semper Fi, currently second in Zone 3 of the Division One League, tightened up defensively after the break.
Their improved organization limited Ghana’s chances and kept the scoreline unchanged.
Agyei nearly added a second goal but saw his effort strike the woodwork.
The friendly forms part of a demanding build-up that has also included matches against True Democracy FC and Na God FC at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence.
The Starlets continue to fine-tune their squad and tactics ahead of the continental tournament in April.
