Head coach Maxwell Konadu’s mandate has been extended to ensure continuity as the country make the final lap at qualifying to the 2013 African Youth Championship to be played in Algeria.
The 2009 World Champions come up against a resolute North African that qualified after Gambia pulled out of the return fixure following their 4-0 defeat in the first leg encounter in Rabat.
The first leg will be played at the Tamale stadium on September 23 with the crucial return leg billed to take place in Morocco on the weekend of October 5, 6 and 7.
