Asante Kotoko players, and technical team made the journey to Sunyani on Sunday to mourn with goalkeeper Ibrahim Danlad at the funeral of his late father Alhaji Danlad Abu.
The shot-stopper announced the death of his father last week with a picture of them together on his social media platforms.
Danlad also disclosed in an interview that he spoke to his father on Thursday evening after arriving at the camp of the national U-23 team, Black Meteors, only to be told on Friday morning that he is dead.
