Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah is reportedly being targeted by Bournemouth, who are seeking a replacement for Dominic Solanke after his £65million transfer to Tottenham.
Nketiah, 25, has struggled to secure regular playing time at the Emirates Stadium and was previously the subject of a failed bid from Marseille, who refused to meet Arsenal’s £30million valuation.
Bournemouth have now opened talks with Arsenal over a potential deal for Nketiah, who has scored 38 goals in 168 appearances for the Gunners.
The 25-year-old has been in the first-team squad throughout Mikel Arteta’s stint as the Arsenal manager.
However, Nketiah has been unable to stamp his authority and become the primary striker for the North London club.
