Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) General Secretary Anthony Baffoe has entreated Samuel Inkoom to prioritize player development over financial gains.
The former Ghana defender unveiled his football agency, named ‘S-Inkoom Football Management Agency,’ in Accra on October 28th.
The primary mission of SIFMA is talent discovery, player management, contract negotiations, and the comprehensive development of young prospects.
“As a football agent mercy less is later more. Don’t go immediately for a highest biding club,” Baffoe said at the launch of the ceremony as quoted by kickoffghana.com
“Look at his development first and when he develops well, he can be sold for more and his value will be much higher,” he concluded.
The agency is dedicated to equipping young players with the knowledge and support they need to navigate the complex world of professional football contracts.
