Ghanaian midfielder Anthony Arthur has joined Kedah FA from Kelantan City on a free transfer, giving the A1 Semi-Pro League club a new central option for the 2026-27 season.
Arthur, 23, completed the move on 3 August 2026 after leaving Kelantan City, with both clubs competing in Malaysia’s A1 Semi-Pro League. The left-footed midfielder will continue in the same division following his change of club.
He made 15 appearances in the competition during his recent campaign and scored twice. Arthur played 1,212 minutes, averaging a goal every 606 minutes across those matches.
Born in Takoradi, Ghana, Arthur operates primarily in central midfield. His move to Kedah FA follows a spell with Kelantan City and marks his latest step in Malaysian football.
Arthur had previously joined Kelantan WTS FC in December 2025 before moving to Kelantan City. The switch to Kedah FA now places him at his third recorded Malaysian club.
The transfer is a free move, and no contract length has been announced. Arthur’s move to Kedah FA was completed on 3 August 2026.
