Defender Stephan Kofi Ambrosius is set to be handed a call-up as a replacement for injured Daniel Amartey as Ghana clash with Central African Republic for the African Cup Of Nations qualifiers in September.
Amartey sustained an injury while playing for Turkish side Besiktas and he will be out for two weeks which rules him out of the qualifier.
Others including Mohammed Salisu and Gideon Mensah, along with Daniel Kofi Kyereh, Jojo Wollacott, Majeed Ashimeru, and Salis Abdul Samed remain on the sideline.
Ghana will face Central African Republic in an all important fixture on September 7, in Kumasi as they look to finalize their slot in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
