Former Ghana international Thomas Duah has charged Black Stars players to give their all out in the forthcoming 2023 African Cup of Nations to be staged in Ivory Coast
The West African giants continue to chase their fifth title of the Africa Cup of Nations, after failing to lift it for over four decades since their last triumph in 1982.
Ghana has been drawn into Group B with Egypt, Cape Verde, and Mozambique for the tournament.
Chris Hughton and his lads will begin their campaign on January 14, 2024, against Cape Verde, followed by matches against Egypt and Mozambique.
Speaking to Kessben FM, Duah said: “Football has become more intense so I think the players should give their all at the AFCON 2023.
“The tournament is just around the corner so the players should be able to put up their best in the competition” he stated
The 2023 African Cup of Nations will kick on January 13 to February 11 2024.
