Hearts of Oak coach Aboubakar Ouattara acknowledged that Sunday’s 1-0 win over Berekum Chelsea was challenging.
The Phobians secured a crucial victory with Mawuli Wayo’s goal in the 56th minute, ending Chelsea’s ten-game unbeaten home run at Golden City Park.
“This match is not an easy match playing against Berekum Chelsea they are just coming from the semi of the FA Cup. They have another motivation the players are together for one or two three seasons my younger brother coach Boadu is one of the experienced coach in the game,” Ouattara said on peace FM.
Ouattara emphasized the team’s preparation, saying, “We prepared ourselves according to their weakness to prevent everything coming from them.”
Despite the difficulties, Hearts secured all three points, which will boost their confidence heading into their next match against Accra Lions on May 25.
