Ga Mantse Derby: We will beat Hearts of Oak to make our fans happy – Great Olympics midfielder Agyemang Badu

Accra Great Olympics midfielder, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has insisted that his side will continue their dominance against the city rivals, Hearts of Oak.

The two-time Ghana Premier League champions have beaten Hearts of Oak in their last four games.

Having recorded a win against Bechem United in their 2022/23 Premier League season, the Wonder Club will be hosted at the Accra Sports Stadium in the matchday 2 games on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Hearts of Oak suffered a 1-0 defeat against Aduana Stars in their opener.

Ahead of the much-anticipated game, Agyemang Badu insists that they will make Great Olympics supporters proud by defeating Hearts of Oak.

“We’ll try our best and make our supporters proud. It will be a very exciting game,” he told 3Sports.

“The supporters will come to witness this great game and we will enjoy ourselves and make the supporters happy on Sunday,” the former Black Stars midfielder added.

The game has been scheduled to kick off at 15:00GMT.
