The Ghana Football Association has announced that winners of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League will pocket a whooping sum of GHS300,000.
The figure is a little less than $30,000 per the current exchange rate.
Nigeria-headquartered gambling company, BetPawa, came on board with an amount of $6.0 million as headline sponsor of the Premier League for a period of three-years.
However, $3.0 million of the sponsorship money will be used for promotion and marketing of the league.
The first runner-up will earn GHS200,000 ($19,950.00) with the second runner-up pocketing $7,980.00.
