Inaki Williams reiterates desire to represent Ghana

Forward Inaki Williams has reiterated his desire to play for Ghana after his nationality switch.

The 28-year-old, in July, made his intention known to represent Ghana at the national level after a long chase by the Ghana Football Association.

“I will represent the country of my parents, where I feel very loved. Inaki told Marca media in Spain.

“I will give back the joy they have for me to go to the national team.

The highly-rated forward  has customised a boot with Ghana flag colours for LaLiga opener against Real Marlloca this weekend.

He made 38 appearances and netted eight goals with five assists provided in the Spanish Laliga Santander 2021/22 Season.
