Ghanaian giant, Hearts of Oak have appointed ENOCH JORDAN DAITEY as the club’s new physical trainer for the first team.
The renowned physical trainer has joined the club and replaces W.O Tandoh who left the club at the end of the 2021/22 Ghanaian football season.
Today, he was at Hearts of Oak’s training grounds and has commenced work with the team as pre-season commences.
The former Tema Youth FC official has joined the technical team of the Phobians with a lot of experience and expertise.
His work is to help ensure players of the team are at all times in the best physical condition for the 2022/23 football season where the club will be competing for both domestic and continental trophies.
About the new phyisical trainers;
Enoch Daitey is a certified football Coach and Fitness specialist. He is the CEO of Jordan Fitness which is dedicated to putting footballers in shape. Due to his essential work, many Ghanaian players based in outside the country train with him whenever they visit Ghana for the offseason.
Daitey trains many top stars when the season ends ahead of pre-season including the likes of Mubarak Wakaso, Jordan Ayew, Benjamin Tetteh, and many more.
