Ghanaian centre-back Manu Duah is the subject of a rumoured move from San Diego FC to Stoke City in the Championship.
Duah, 21, has established himself as a regular for San Diego during the 2026 Major League Soccer season, making 19 appearances and contributing one assist. He has also featured three times in the CONCACAF Champions Cup, scoring once.
The defender joined San Diego in December 2024 after being selected in the draft from the UCSB Gauchos. He has since become part of the club’s first-team setup, with his recent league involvement indicating a prominent role in the MLS side.
The proposed move would take Duah from the United States to England, with Stoke understood to be the club linked with a transfer. There is no indication that an agreement has been reached, and the rumour remains unconfirmed.
Duah was born in Accra and represents Ghanaian nationality. Standing at 1.93m, he is listed as a centre-back and has recorded 22 appearances across MLS, the CONCACAF Champions Cup and the Leagues Cup in his career to date.
His contract with San Diego FC runs until 31 December 2027, meaning any move to Stoke would require an agreement between the clubs rather than a free transfer.
