Hearts of Oak reveal new home kit for 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season

Hearts of Oak have unveiled their official home jersey for the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League campaign as the club begins preparations for the new season.

The new strip retains the identity associated with the Phobians while introducing a more contemporary design. It features a predominantly purple base, with prominent red and yellow patterns running across the front of the shirt.

Hearts of Oak’s crest is positioned on the left side of the chest, preserving a familiar feature of the club’s traditional matchwear. The jersey also carries the branding of official kit partner The Hope Brand.

The launch comes as the Accra-based club prepares for a campaign in which it will look to rebuild and challenge more strongly on the domestic stage. Hearts of Oak are aiming to improve on their recent performances and establish greater consistency throughout the season.

The club, also known as the Rainbow Club, has experienced a difficult period in recent campaigns. Its supporters will hope the new season can mark a change in fortunes, with improved results and a renewed challenge for major honours.

The unveiling of the jersey is expected to generate excitement among Hearts of Oak followers, who continue to support the 112-year-old institution. The club is targeting a return to the summit of Ghanaian football and will begin that pursuit with a home fixture against Berekum Chelsea.
