Medeama Sporting Club president Moses Armah Parker says the club’s attempt to sign Hearts of Oak midfielder Solomon Agbesi collapsed because the player’s financial demands were beyond their budget.
Medeama explored the possibility of bringing Agbesi to the club and contacted representatives of the midfielder to discuss a potential transfer. However, the talks did not produce an agreement after the asking price presented to the club proved too high.
Armah Parker said Medeama were interested in securing the services of Agbesi, but the financial terms attached to the proposed move made it difficult to complete the deal.
