Tottenham Hotspur are ramping up their push to sign Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo as Ange Postecoglou looks to boost his attack in the January transfer window, Sky Sports reports.
Spurs want reinforcements on the left side of their frontline and see the Ghanaian as an ideal fit—but they face stiff competition from Liverpool and Manchester City, who are also tracking the 25-year-old.
Tottenham made an approach in early summer but backed off when Bournemouth demanded over £70 million. Semenyo has since signed a new deal that includes a £60 million release clause plus £5 million in bonuses, keeping interest high.
The winger has been in top form this season, registering six goals and three assists in the Premier League. His strong performances and year-round availabilityafter Ghana missed out on AFCON 2025 have made him one of the most attractive forward options on the market.
Spurs are expected to intensify talks in the coming weeks, with Semenyo shaping up to be one of January’s biggest transfer battles.
