Former Asante Kotoko spokesperson Sarfo Duku believes the club is well-positioned to win next season’s Ghana Premier League and do it faster than expected.
Speaking on Akoma 87.9 FM, Duku revealed that Kotoko have carefully recruited the best local talent, with plans to blend them with select foreign players.
“We’re only signing young players with strong character, a proven track record, and the potential to attract international interest,” he said.
He added that if the team improves slightly on last season’s performance, the title will be theirs sooner than anticipated.
On the continental stage, Duku acknowledged Kotoko’s recent struggles but says the goal is clear: “To go beyond our last CAF campaign and return to the group stages.”
