Hearts of Oak’s Public Relations Officer, Kwame Opare Addo, has provided insight into the club’s newly established recruitment committee, which forms part of a broader rebuilding strategy.
The committee will guide player selection using data-driven analysis to strengthen key areas of the squad. According to the club, current players will also be reassessed, with some expected to be released if they do not fit into the long-term plan.
Opare Addo revealed that the newly appointed head coach has requested time to personally assess every player before final decisions are made on transfers, loans, or releases.
“He wants to see everyone in training before making any calls,” Opare told Peace FM. “He began sessions yesterday and continues today as he works to finalize the squad.”
