Former Ghanaian footballer Thomas Duah has criticized the Ghana Football Association (GFA), stating that the country’s football is in decline.
Duah expressed disappointment over the Ghana Premier League’s lack of sponsorship and the poor performances of the national teams.
He claimed that even GFA President Kurt Okraku acknowledges the decline.
The former Ashgold gaffer pointed to struggles across all national teams, from youth to senior levels, as evidence of Ghana’s football woes.
“The truth is, nobody likes Ghana football anymore,” Duah said in an interview on Opemsuo FM.
“Even the GFA President, Kurt Okraku, knows our game is dead. There is no sponsorship, nothing.
“Things are not going well with any of our national teams. Everyone, including the President, knows our game is deteriorating.”
