Midfielder Mohammed Kudus has dropped the Black Stars No.10 jersey as he returns to take his previous no. 20 ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers kickoffghana.com can report.

The West Ham attacker wore the no. 10 shirt during the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sudan, Angola and Niger last year.

It is understood his decision is to alleviate pressure associated with the number.
